Summer ARTSparks Production a Huge Success!!!
NoCCA's new Director of Children's Theatre, Billy Brown, produced the musical Robin Hood, by Tim Kelley, during the Summer ARTSparks program in Palmer Auditorium on August 4th and 5th. The show was a great success, and included many first time actors and actresses, as well as members of Southwest High School's SAVAPA program. Jesse Pellegrin, a former ROP Theatre and Stage Technologies student, assisted Billy with the choreography and stage managing of the play. Andrew Seanez and Benny Navarro, two current ROP students, helped out with the sound and set design and construction. It was a true ensemble effort and included participation from over 20 kids! Way to go Billy and ARTSparks!!!

NoCCA and the Brawley Union High School Theatre are committed to providing quality student-produced events throughout the year. Just as educational outreach is part of our vision, we also offer our community's students the opportunity to express their creativity while providing professional guidance, support, and facilitation.
We are currently seeking help in the following areas:
Costume building and collection
Fund raising for student field trips
Organization of an Hispanic Arts Focus Group/Advisory Board
