Facility Rate Fees

Deposit: A deposit (50% of the Estimated Cost of Production) is required to reserve Palmer. This deposit is fully refundable only if the event cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellation within 59-31 days will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit. The deposit will be NON-REFUNDALBLE within 30 days of the event.

All rates include: Theater Technician, Basic Lighting (General Wash of Colors), Basic Audio (Four Wired Microphones, Stage Monitors, Lectern, Chairs, Music Stands, Tape Deck, C.D. Player)

Additional equipment or services may entail extra charges above the basic rates (i.e. Grand Piano, Additional Lighting, Multimedia, Extra Audio Equipment, Personnel/Labor, Custodial Services, etc.) Extra charges will be estimated in writing prior to use. Additional requests made during rehearsals or performances after the rental agreement is signed will be added to the final accounting invoice. BUHSD reserves the right to charge the user for cost overruns and damage to the facility.

Users shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance in a Minimum amount of $1 Million, naming BUHS District and NoCCA as additionally insured.
